We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven Affiliate Site Manager to take charge of several live lead-generation websites in the hair and dental clinic niches. These sites have strong history and existing traffic, but we’re entering a major growth phase, and we want you to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

    • Manage and continuously improve affiliate sites using WordPress + Elementor (switching to custom theme)
    • Write and edit native-level English content about hair transplants (and some dental) (SEO-optimized)
  • Research clinics worldwide and organize data to compare them
  • Drive organic growth with on-page SEO (Surfer SEO, etc.), A/B testing (VWO), and basic technical SEO
  • Monitor performance in Google Search Console and tools like Ahrefs
  • Implement lead generation flows with tools like Pipedrive, Zapier
  • Work closely with
    • The founder for strategy but operate independently on execution
    • WordPress developer to test and implement UX features with custom WordPress development
    • Email marketeer / CRM manager to track leads and optimize 
  • Ensure tasks are completed with high attention to detail and are not repeated after feedback

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent written English (native level preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, WordPress, and Elementor
  • Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to figure things out independently
  • Somewhat technical figuring out new tools, basic theme modification, etc.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Pipedrive, Zapier, or lead routing automation
  • Email marketing
