Business Developer

We now have an open position for a Business Developer in our Istanbul office. Have you accumulated knowledge in the digital field and looking for a position to further develop? This role allows you to grow and learn in a startup environment.

As a Business Developer, you will mainly be working with:

  • Planning the online and/or offline sales strategies
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Manage projects within a tight deadline
  • Developing and building strong internal and external relationships
  • Develop the company together with the rest of the team

As a Business Developer, you have ambitious sales and delivery KPIs as if you were running your own company. Apart from meeting these targets, you will be working closely with the rest of the management team to lead the company towards our common objective.

As a business developer, you have the possibility to work with growth hacking, digital marketing, sales strategies, external communications and other areas where you have the potential to add value.

Skills & Requirements

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • University degree or professional certification in relevant field
  • Great organization and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (not necessarily native)
  • Professional experience in digital businesses
  • Great interest in working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • High drive with a contagious work ethic
  • Project managing skills
  • Understanding SEO/SEM
  • Knowhow of CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Experience in sales, managing key accounts and incoming leads
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
