Jr. Key Account Manager

We are looking for a Jr. Key Account Manager for our office in Beyoğlu, Istanbul. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

As a Jr. Key Account Manager, you will mainly be responsible for:

  • Effectively finding and onboarding new clients
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Manage projects within a tight deadline
  • Developing and building strong internal and external relationships

This role is the stepping stone to all other roles in the company. As a Jr. Key Account Manager, you have ambitious sales and delivery KPIs as if you were running your own company. As these targets are met, you will be able to develop further in your position and grow the business further.

Skills & Requirements

We’d like to hear from you if you have:

  • University degree or relevant professional certification in field
  • Great organization and communications skills
  • Fluency in English (not necessarily native)
  • Great interest in working in a fast-paced Startup environment
  • High energy/drive with a contagious work ethic
  • Project managing skills

Extra bonus points:

  • Another language than English and Turkish
  • Understanding SEO/SEM
  • Knowhow of CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Experience in sales, managing key accounts and incoming leads
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
